The first rental agent was awful! Not only was she rude but she never called me back in a timely fashion. I had a leak from my spa tub and it soaked the downstairs owners unit. She had someone come out the next day to fix the leak but no one came out to repair the drywall and paint for 2 months. I tried to call several times and she never returned my calls. Finally, I called someone else in your group and they said she no longer is managing my unit. My landlord was fed up with the lack of response and no longer needed your service.
Paperwork at the beginning seemed a bit much - I was communicating with multiple different people. They did help us find a rental last minute (as our original rental was cancelled unexpectedly). So, we appreciate finding something. There was some issue getting the deposit back and it took a month.

The paper work did not have a condo number on it that we recognized. In hindsight, I now know PH means penthouse but we were confused about PH04. It actually means condo 604. If you are in the industry you know that but as a country boy it took a long time to figure it out.
It was very disappointing this property was sold just weeks before our rental. We felt the attention to this property and to us was very minimal. We feel we should be getting reimbursed for the sub par conditions of the amenities or lake there of in the house. The backyard was gorgeous and the location of the house was very good.
