I met Renee five years ago when I was dreaming my way through a divorce. She offered to set up a "search" so that the system would send things similar to what I wanted via email when they showed up. I had fairly unique needs- land for livestock, certain areas, anonymity. Any others I had spoken to had told me I really didn't want livestock property, and the only one before I had allowed to set up a search sent me things from all over areas I wasn't the least but interested in. One even told me livestock didn't exist in the area where I was looking (w=the next property over from where he was holding the open house had a beautiful paint horse in clear view of the road). Just under five years later, when I was finally ready to start looking, I sent Renee an email stating I was ready, and based on what I was seeing I probably needed to change the price range. She set me up with a lender for preapproval, updated the link, and the next day something popped up. It was almost exactly what I was looking for. She set up for me to see it the next day, I filled out the online paperwork that night, and in the morning she walked me through the house and the anxious process of the first bid. I came in like $5,000 short of the winning bid, and two weeks later looked at four houses in one week, the one I liked having been snapped up before I could decide to bid. Renee set up a backup bid, and we went back to looking. I thought I had found another option, and even during a holiday weekend she tried to set up a showing. We were both lamenting the house being sold without ever being shown when the call came through that the backup bid was mine if I still wanted it. She got me an immediate walk through so my kids could weigh in and we were off to the races. She bent over backwards to answer questions and make sure everything I needed happened. She helped me fight through a protected address, and found resources to help. Renee listened from the first time I met her, and my animals, kids and I are settling in. Thank you so much, Renee!
