Renee Cohen is absolutely the best real estate agent we have EVER worked with, (we have lived in six states and owned property in all of them). She sincerely has her clients' interests at heart and is so unbelievably patient . When we purchased our home in Georgia we gave her our wish list, price range and preferred area. Since we were seasoned buyers, we knew that if we got most of what we wanted (usually 70-80% of the wish list) we should consider ourselves lucky, especially on homes in the secondary market as opposed to a new build. When we found 'the house', it had 100% of what we were looking for in our price range and in our preferred area and was a new build. Since the house was bank owned, it was being sold 'as is'. Renee noticed some things that were not completed with-in code and actually went over the entire house inside and out. She was able to get the bank to finish and/or repair any and all items at their own expense, plus they also paid our first years HOA and any taxes that were due plus the closing costs. You can't beat that. She worked her heart out for us. It has been six and a half years since we bought our home and Renee still keeps in touch from time to time. If we ever decide to sell, she will definitely be our listing agent.
