Superb service, excellent responsiveness and helps in all ways to make the process as smooth and convenient for the transaction parties as possible. A pleasure to work with. Very positive attitude.

Great service. Regina was always looking out for our best interests. Kept us fully informed at all times. Followed up on all leads and made herself available for open houses when we felt it was good timing.

Regina Shephard is a hard working and diligent real estate agent. She worked tirelessly to sell our home in Quail West. Always available and quick to answer any questions we had. Excellent with communication of the showings and giving us feedback from potential buyers. Would strongly recommend her services.

Regina jumped in at the last minute to accomidate showing me a new listing that worked with my schedule. She worked to get me detailed information as a buyers’ agent and skillfully negotiated a successful offer and counter offer. She also worked through several issues when inspections produced unforeseen concerns! We have had a wonderful buying experience with Regina and recommend anyone to work with her for any real estate needs.

Regina was excellent representing our property from start to final sale. She was always available to answer our questions and responsive to any requests we may have had. I found here to be an excellent agent, always positive, and a great negotiator. She was professional and worked very hard for our desired outcome.

Regina was excellent. She went above and beyond and was available whenever we needed her and handled everything very professionally. She sold our home and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Selling a house is never a clean or simple transaction. Until closing, it is a constant process of resolving loose ends. John R Wood's attention to detail is extraordinary. If we needed outside resources to repair or assess a problem, they were on it. They never forgot or overlooked anything. Consummate professionals.

“Regina Shepherd was an absolute star in helping us sell our last home and purchase our new one in a challenging market. She was extremely professional, patient, and knew exactly when to be aggressive and when to be thoughtful. Throughout the process, she consistently under-promised and over-delivered, exceeding our expectations at every turn. Her expertise and dedication made the entire experience smooth and successful. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent—five stars all the way!”

Regina did a great job showing and selling our home. She did a great job explaining to the people some of the details that were throughout our house. We are extremely happy with dealing with her and the rest of the JR Woods group
