He did not immediately try to sell a place to me because of its price, he understood what I wanted. Geoff tried his best to make sure I am happy at the place. When faced with an option for a cheaper or more expensive place he encouraged me to go for the cheaper place because of my desires despite his pay off. He put the client front and center!
