Our realtor, Regan, was terrific. I met her through an online listing, and we had a call to see what types of things my husband and I really wanted about a property. She showed us multiple houses, as well as pointed us to several open houses to check out Because we are buying from out of state approximately three hours away, she was very organized for us, so that we could see a couple ofproperties every time we came up. She actually found us our house without us looking for it! We were pausing our house search while our youngest graduated from high school, and she found ourhouse, texted us the listing, and told us we might want to look at that one. She was right. It met our two major requirements for western exposure, waterfront and a big enough space for a home theater. We got the house! At every return, they were little things we had to work through, like the inspection report on the septic system and the bank at the last minute suggesting we push back our clothes so we could buy a different financial product. She talked us off the ledge of stress many times! We’re hoping to retire and stay in that home for many years, so I don’t think we will need a realtor again. That said, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for their new home.
