Originally from northern New Jersey, Ray's background as a Controller and Chief Financial Officer is the perfect precursor to his career in the real estate industry. With the company's Lakewood Ranch office, Ray works to provide his customers with the highest level of customer service, listening to their wants and needs, and communicating every step of the way. He's known to provide helpful insight and sound advice while making people laugh - an unusual characteristic for an accountant!<br><br>With a strong background in finance, Ray excels at financial accounting presentation, data mining and analysis, cash flow management, contract negotiations and budget formulation. He has also bought and sold numerous properties and contracted for additions and renovations so he knows first-hand the intricacies of the buying, selling, and remodeling process. He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics at Rutgers University.<br><br>With a mind for more than numbers, Ray is a professional guitarist. He also supports The Food Pantry because children should never go hungry and the Wildlife Conservation Society, believing that protecting our planet is critical to our future. Ray enjoys traveling with friends and family while sampling the best Italian restaurants along the way. Family is very important to him and he's been married to his wife for 31 years. They are proud of their two sons, a New York attorney and an analyst with Amazon. They also have a 14-year old cockappo, Bailey, who still thinks he's a puppy. <br>
