Ramona was such a blessing during our house hunting time. She was very patient and gracious with us. We searched for a home over a year ago, and ended up putting in several offers with no deals. We finally put an offer in on a house Ramona found for us. We thought it was the house. And it was. We loved every single aspect of it. We put in the offer, and went under contract. A few days later, we called Ramona very upset with ourselves because we knew we needed to get our debt from school paid off before buying. The mortgage was going to just be too much, in addition to closing costs and down payment. We backed out of the deal. Despite all this, Ramona continues to encourage and support us. She was very gracious with us and was not angry with us, in fact, she was proud of us for getting done what we felt was best, which was paying down debt. We followed through with getting everything done. Ramona was happy to continue to help us. She searched for new loan programs that we would qualify for, she took us out to dinners, simply just to get to know us better and find out how she could help us. She truly went above and beyond anything we have experienced. She was not only a realtor by the end of this process, but she also became our friend. Ramona is truly a blessing and example of what true customer service and quality service should be. She has been nothing but helpful on multiple occasions. She explained things that we had no idea what they meant and she continued to support us through the process. I cannot explain enough how much she has become to mean to me and my husband.
