First off, Rachel is a lovely person! She's thoughtful, sensitive and accommodating. She has a knack for communicating in a direct but gentle manner. She represented us as buyers and then as sellers. Anyone who has bought and/or sold a home knows how stressful the process can be. That's why it's so important to work with someone who is looking out for your best interests and is quick to respond to issues/concerns. Rachel earned our trust and respect, plus we actually had fun together through a lot of the chaos!
