Working with Rachel Kastner for the sale of my home proved to be stress-free pleasurable experience. She is the consummate professional. She is experienced, knowledgeable, and was responsive to my questions and needs with great patience. Rachel is also an amazing resource for a handyman, roofer, cleaner, plumber, or lawn care…all those trades you may need at the last minute. If you want a professional that is a pleasure to work with on your real estate transaction, please know that she will do a wonderful job for you.

I highly recommend the professional services of Rachel. She is thorough with details, but not aggressive. After the recent loss of my spouse she was compassionate and patient with me throughout the home buying process. She kindly reminded me her services didn’t stop after the closing on my home.

My wife and I moved from Sherman Oaks, California to Wilmington, North Carolina. Being from out of State we had no experience with Realtors in Wilmington. However, we were thrilled when, after some research and conversations with local residents familiar with realtors, we met Rachel. Rachel was imminently familiar with the widely diverse neighborhoods of Wilmington, and was thoroughly prepared with accessible properties each time we met for house tours. We found a home quickly, made an offer that was accepted, and followed Rachel's advise and leadership as we proceeded directly to inspections and closing. Rachel and the Intracoastal Realty Team made the entire process smooth and very professional. We currently have no plans to relocate elsewhere in Wilmington, but if that time comes we will be in good hands with Rachel. John Wulfmeyer & Yvonne Schenk

Rachel was a Godsend. Being out of state sellers of a condo in Wilmington, we were at a loss as to how we could manage the long distance sale of the property. We never imagined that we would find such a dedicated and competent professional like Rachel. She went above and beyond to help prepare the property for sale, facilitate the cleaning and repairs, all of the many things that we could not do ourselves, being so far away, and, ultimately, she was able to help us close the sale per the terms we wanted in a difficult market. Rachel's services as our agent far exceeded anything we could have hoped for. We could not recommend her more highly. -The Kwons

I would definitely recommend Rachel Kastner to anyone in the market to buy or sell real estate. I had never met her prior to me hiring her to help sell my property in Wilmington, NC. Rachel sent me several updates and requests to sell my property if I ever chose to do so. When I made that decision I chose her as I knew she would give it her best effort. She kept me in the loop at all times and did as I asked. Her efforts resulted in the sale of the property and a happy customer. If I ever decide to buy or sell property in her area she will be my first phone call,

I own three properties on the east coast and Rachel was the best real estate agent I have dealt with.  Rachel is very organized and responsive and I would recommend her to anyone to find their dream home.  After buying three properties in different states, I was so impressed how easy she made it for a client from out of state.  Honestly, one of the best agents I have seen.

As a first-time home buyer Rachel Kastner was the perfect person to work with. She was extremely courteous, professional, and prepared. Not being from the area I only had a short amount of time to look at places in person. Rachel’s preparation made all the difference to make my first purchase a successful one. It was a pleasure working with Rachel through out the entire process and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a real-estate agent.

Rachel Kastner is a realtor who gets the job done! I felt like I was important as a client, and she was always working to sell my home in a timely manner. As an inexperienced seller, I was gratified that she listened to my concerns and questions and provided clear answers. Additionally, I could count on constant communication from her on what was happening with all aspects of the process. I was amazed at the number of times my home was shown and open houses were scheduled. Not only did she oversee the showings but also made sure the real estate community was knowledgeable about the property as well. She made solid suggestions on updates needed and helped me in getting these accomplished. She is a tenacious negotiator and guided me through numerous offers and counter offers. I am glad she was my realtor and will recommend her!

Rachel Kastner did a superb job for us. Rachel was efficient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Her familiarity with neighborhoods was important, because we were locating across country. We highly recommend Rachel's services.

To sell my house I had to do a renovation. Rachael was very informative with advice on what to renovate to get the best resale value. She was on top of the marketing and the house sold in five days for over the asking price. Throughout the negotiations she kept us on track and was super responsive and we were even able to close early. Through the whole process she kept me grounded, shot me straight and was available to answer all my questions at any hour of the day. She was a great help and made the process move very smoothly. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor for any reason
