I would like to thank Alisha and Cameron for helping us sell our 2 homes, acreage and conduct our 2 estate sales. We came to them with a very unusual, difficult and time-consuming situation. To make our sale possible, we needed to convert a second home on our acreage to an ADU. "Alternate Dwelling Unit". Due to both county zoning laws and our estate needs. The process was arduous at every level and needed meticulous attention to detail when working with the county. The level of knowledge, professionalism and organizational skills was nothing short of amazing for us. Communication was excellent thru the many months of continuous information exchanges needed for our unique situation. We count ourselves as very lucky to have found Alisha and Cameron at a time when we needed the best representation possible. Many thanks to them.CL

Rachel was everything you could ask for in a real estate representative for us. We can’t recommend her high enough!!! She stayed on top of things so we didn’t even have to think about things, she just kept on top of it. She let us know what we needed to do, set reminders, and just shepherded us right through the process. It was really awesome. My wife and I both thought she was just a real gem and compared to some of the other real estate people we’ve run into, She’s just head and shoulders above in every way.

Rachel Broughton with Windermere was very professional, knowledgeable and was a joy to work with. She walked me through the process and made me feel very good through all of the steps, making sure that the property was ready to sell. I highly recommend Rachel and her team. Appreciated very much that she was available for questions and even met on several occasions to discuss offers and explain pluses and minuses throughout the process. Thank you Robert Peterson

In a time of great stress for myself. Racheal was very helpful and stayed in contact with me, I never had to chase her down. Gave me options on to choose from so I had empowerment. Was a knowledgeable person to work with. I would recommend Racheal to whoever asked.

My husband and I, as first time home buyers, were looking for a reliable, flexible agent. Kelsie was the exact person we were looking for. She was always easy to reach out to and communicated each step of the buying process to us. Buying a home, especially the first time may be nerve wracking. But, with Kelsie, never once did we feel stressed, ‘out of the loop’, or confused. Thank you so much Kels! We appreciate you!

Long overdue, but so well deserved!Amazing customer service from Rick and Lyndsey. They made us feel like a top priority from day one. Being a military family (with a checklist of must-haves!) moving across the country, having to do virtual tours and rent sight-unseen can be stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and reassuring. Truly great people, we had such a positive experience.Maintenance has also been wonderful—quick, helpful, and friendly every time we’ve needed anything. They also gave us an amazing first impression of what the people and life in Oregon will be like—welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind.

Rachel was absolutely pivotal in our home buying journey! We were in a wild part of our lives with my wife being 39 weeks pregnant. We had our dream home picked out and after a failed attempt of sending an offer, I reached out to Rachel. Understanding the situation, she was extremely helpful in giving us a roadmap of each task that needed completed without making us feel overwhelmed. We were in the hospital for 9 days when Baby arrived and Rachel kept our mind at ease on the home buying front. She handled everything and allowed us to just focus on our daughter. Even when there were a couple hiccups she kept a positive attitude and would formulate a new plan until we were all set to move in. Along the way there was never a moment where she made us feel dumb for any type of questions we had (even if it was the 5th time asking). “There’s no dumb questions in real estate” is what she’d say and give us a very informed answer each time. We are so grateful and blessed to be living in our new home with our little baby and none of this would’ve been possible without her. There is no one I’d rather work with when it comes to buying a home and I’d imagine selling one too. We will ask her to be apart of any real estate plans we have in the future.
