Phineas England helped us buy our home in Hood River. With his deep ties to the real estate business in the region, he is knowledgeable about local lenders, inspectors, and contractors. He was candid about the strengths and drawbacks of the places we viewed. He recognized the different communication styles and priorities within my family and responded appropriately. When the time came to buy, he expertly coached us through the process of making a successful offer. Allergic to self-promotion, Phineas genuinely wants people to find the best property for themselves, even if it takes time. He and I also enjoyed talking about our mutual passion, foiling on the Columbia River. We had a great experience with him.

Phineas England was a great realtor to work with. He had our best interest in mind and drove out to the rural property with us many times. He answered all of our questions and made the whole process easy.

We were so fortunate to work with Phineas England and Cooper West Real Estate in order to purchase a home in Hood River, Oregon. Phineas was the first to answer our call on a weekend afternoon. He was always available by phone, text, or computer throughout our buying experience. He listened closely and worked hard to find us the perfect home to meet our needs and wants. Phineas was totally honest and upfront throughout our search for a home. Even though we experienced some personal health issues during our search, Phineas was understanding, caring and kind. He worked with us through a difficult time and he never gave up on us. In the end Phineas found us a beautiful home which is beyond what we ever expected. We highly recommend Phineas England and Cooper West Real Estate.

It took several months of looking because we were not sure about what and where we wanted to be. Phineas was patient with us and happily took us to look at as many places as we wanted (there were a lot!) until we found the place for us! Also, his suggestions of things to do or check out have been spot on.
