I was introduced to Phillipa years ago by a real estate agent in San Francisco. It was a no-brainer for me to list our townhouse with her when the time came. The process with Phillipa was impressive from the get go. We knew we had some small detail work to do in the house before listing it. Phillipa was very honest in what had to be done (nothing major - paint, etc). Once we were ready to list we got a full timeline of what to expect, when to expect it with dates, etc. Phillipa did all of the arranging of inspections, cleaning, staging and every step that needed to be taken for a successful listing. When it was all said and done, we stayed on schedule to the exact day/date and went live on the MLS as expected from the get-go. I think any home seller wants to get their property sold as quickly as possible. We went live on around December 15th - my concern was the holidays - Phillipa told me not to worry. We were in escrow 7 days later. The house was staged nicely - looked great, even on rainy/darker days. Bottom line - I would recommend Phillipa to anyone looking for a great communicator and project manager.

Phillipa did a great job getting my late mother's condominium fixed up and sold while I was in Santa Barbara. She was professional and pleasant to deal with through the whole process.
