Phil and Gena were easy to work with and very detail oriented. They went above and beyond to make sure the house sold quickly and were helpful up to and after the closing. They made you feel like you mattered more than the commission. Phil and Gena made a stressful process more manageable and helped keep me sane.

Phil was absolutely incredible to work with. We had to sell our home quickly due to an unexpected out-of-state move, and he went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure everything went smoothly. From day one, Phil was proactive, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable about the market. He helped us price the home strategically, coordinated everything needed to get it ready for listing, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us while also making a stressful situation much easier to manage. Even with us being out of state, Phil handled countless details on our behalf and was always just a call or text away. Because of his dedication and expertise, our home sold quickly and the process was far less stressful than we expected. I truly can’t recommend Phil highly enough. If you’re looking for a realtor who will work tirelessly for you and treat your situation like it’s his own, Phil is the person you want in your corner.

Phil helped us buy our home years ago and recently sell our home. He went above and beyond for us! He scheduled repairs, vendors and showings. He took a lot of the stress of selling our home off our shoulders. We really appreciate Phil! We would 100% go to Phil again for assistance in the real estate world.

Phil did amazing and really went above and beyond to make sure we got what we were after. If I look for property in the area he is working I would go out of my way to team up with him again. He made buying and selling very simple and handled alot. Even when we weren't sure of the processes he went out of his way to explain.

Phil is super professional and is willing to go above and beyond for everyone and thier experience. We have done both buying and selling with Phil and it was nothing but the best both times. If we end up trying to buy again in the same location we would definitely reach out to Phil for assistance.

Working with Phil was truly a blessing, especially during one of the hardest periods of my life. I had never sold a property before and on top of that, I was managing overwhelming personal responsibilities. Phil stepped in and supported me in ways that went far beyond what any real estate agent is expected to do. He handled details I didn’t even know existed, took initiative whenever I was stretched thin and constantly made sure I understood each step of the process. His communication was clear, consistent, and incredibly reassuring. He never made me feel rushed or alone and he protected my best interests as if he were a member of my own family. Phil went above and beyond in every sense. He was patient when I was overwhelmed, thorough when I was confused, and proactive when things became complicated. His integrity, kindness, and commitment are qualities you rarely find all in one person. I truly believe my father is grateful to know Phil was looking out for me through this process. I am forever thankful for him. Phil isn’t just an amazing real estate agent , he’s someone who genuinely cares. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you need someone who is knowledgeable, compassionate, trustworthy, and willing to go the extra mile every time, Phil is the one you want by your side.
