Phil was great and submitted 21 offers for me over the course of 10 months. He was committed to finding me a house even though rates were crazy and the market was difficult to work in. Overall, I ended up with my favorite house and did not over spend to get it. I will be forever grateful to his help and determination on my behalf to find the perfect house not only for myself but my pups as well.
