As first time homebuyers we got a bit lost and confused with all of the housing options we were looking at and Phil helped us narrow our search and really identify what we were looking for. He was always available for questions and was very prompt in setting up a showing for any home we wanted to see. He asked questions that we wouldn't have even thought to and made sure we were always aware of all of the information we needed.
