Petra showed us the condo on a Saturday morning . Arranged with a lender to provide a preliminary written loan pre-approval letter so we could make an offer Sunday evening, which was accepted. There were other offers for the sellers to consider. Everything Petra touched went smoothly. This is the second time we have used Petra’s services.
