After falling in love with the Englewood area my husband and I decided we would like to purchase a winter home. Right from the start Petra listened to us. We told her we were in no hurry to buy, that we had a particular price range, along with very specific criteria that the house needed to have. Adding to the whole situation was that we would be returning home to our house in NH and would not be back again until the following winter.
