I believe this is the team if you are either buying or selling in Hollin Hills! They have so much experience and knowledge that they chose to live in this wonderful and unique neighborhood! The selling experience from marketing, negotiation, and settlement was excellent. I wouldn't have changed a single decision in the process. They have my strongest recommendations. Thank you so much Lee and Peter!

We needed to sell our home remotely, and Lee made the process smooth and easy for us from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive, had wonderful advice, and she took care of everything necessary to get our home ready for sale. We could not have been more pleased with her professionalism and expertise! Highly recommend!

Lee was great to work with throughout the home selling process. Super responsive and knowledgeable and able to quickly coordinate with multiple parties to get the home ready to list… highly recommend her!

After our initial meeting with the Poole Braun Team we knew we were in good hands. They were quite knowledgeable in all areas regarding the selling of our house. Their expertise regarding buying and lending regulations made our decision making very easy. From our first meeting with them we were treated with respect and kindness. We felt as if we were dealing with old friends. I would definitely recommend the Poole Braun Team to any seller or buyer looking for a real estate professional to represent them in buying or selling a property!

Sometimes it is easy to "pencil whip" reviews such as this, but in this case if I could give Peter and Lee Braun - and their entire team - SIX stars in every category, I would! We bought and sold our home through the Poole Braun Team. They could not be more personable and professional. Equally as important, however, they are technically competent in a very complex line of work and knowledgeable in the local real estate market. I have no reservations recommending the Braun Team to others when it comes time to purchase or sell a home - all I have are accolades!

We are repeat Poole Braun Team clients, and will call them again the next time we move! They are always friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the entire process. We are very happy with their service!

This was my husband's 4th property purchased with the Poole Braun team, and my first. From start to finish the entire process was seamless and very personable. We were treated like family by the entire Team. Phone calls, text messages, and emails were all responded to quickly no matter what time of day it was. All of my worries as a first time purchaser where quickly alleviated due to their knowledge and ability to explain everything in a manner that was very clear. I would highly recommend that entire team.

We had a wonderful experience with Lee, Peter and the entire Poole Braun Team! We started working with the team a few months prior to listing and they truly guided us along every step - from making decisions on final updates/staging, to deciding on the right listing weekend and finalizing the pricing strategy. I really appreciated the discussions around strategies and trusted their strong experience in this specific market. We ended up with 9 offers and I was very impressed with the detailed way they walked us through the offers. I learned a lot from working with Lee and Peter! Always felt supported by their team approach - Rachael, PJ and Bailey - everyone was amazing and truly cared about our home. Thank you Poole Braun Team!

I engaged the Poole Braun Team to sell my parents house. They had purchased a home in Phoenix AZ and moved somewhat urgently and the team took care of us amazingly. They not only listed, staged and sold the home but helped us to coordinated the move and the clearing of the house of non moveable items. The entire experience was fantastic. We could not have been in better hands.

Peter and Lee are a great team. The Poole Braun Team helped us navigate a very unique and difficult situation and ultimately found the perfect home for us! 2020 has been anything but ordinary, but they got us through and in a new home and had fun in the process!
