My husband and I listed and sold our property with the help of Intracoastal Realty. Pete was knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and very supportive. We learned a lot about dealing with multiple offers,  negotiating, and the sale process. Pete became a true partner through the complex sales process, explaining every step, and guiding us through closing. We loved working with him. Emily and Michael Hickman

I would highly recommend Pete if you are looking to purchase or sell a home in and around the TopSail community. Pete is extremely knowledgeable about the complexities related to purchasing beach front property in and around the area. We have throughly enjoyed working with Pete throughout our real estate journey, his professionalism and fantastic collaboration skills make him stand out above the rest. Thanks again Pete, Chris and Heather
