Perry is a truly amazing realtor. Obviously, he knows the real estate market. He told me what needed to be done to get my home ready for sale and after that weekend (days after he saw the property), he placed the property on MLS. I received a signed contract for the asking price within 5 days of the property being placed on MLS for sale. He knew how to market the property and priced it perfectly (above recent sales in the neighborhood because he understood the market and how special the property and neighborhood was). He kept me up to date on everything that was happening and even recommended an electrician for the one item that was found in the inspection. I was amazed at how smoothly the sale of my property was. When he called to congratulate me on the sale, I told him that I would definitely be contacting him when I decided to sell my next Gainesville property! Whenever I called about the house, he was upbeat and always offered a suggestion about how to handle something.
