Peggy was instrumental in helping sell and purchase our new home. She was very professional and so willing to answer all of our many questions. Since we had not moved in 34 years, we were a bit nervous and she was always there for us with her expertise and encouragement. We would highly recommend Peggy Holmes when selling or purchasing a home.
Peggy Holmes is the reason my husband and I now own a new home. We had not moved in 34 years and Peggy was instrumental is making this a positive experience. We are grateful to her for finding us the perfect place. Peggy is an asset in representing ReeceNichols. We would recommend Reece Nichols to our friends.
Peggy did a great job of navigating us through some twists and turns with the title company and mortgage company. She was always ready to help out--even responding when she was out of country for vacation.
We recommend her and ReeceNichols fully.

It was great to have Peggy Holmes as our realtor for the selling of our previous house and the purchase of our new. She was professional yet friendly and we loved having her experience in the market to guide our way. Will have Peggy’s name at the top of our list as a realtor to recommend.
Peggy was amazing to work with! She was very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. Absolutely will recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Peggy is the best. I am so glad she was the agent selling my home. She is professional & efficient. Peggy kept everything organized and on track. I will use her again.
