There are many reason why I would recommend her services: * She showed up to our first meeting having done research - which included attending an open house in my neighborhood for a comparable home that was selling, along with pulling neighborhood comp's, providing an information packet on how to best position the sale of your home, etc. * She was direct and honest about the state of the current market, my home and what to expect. * She touched base often and was available by phone when I needed her. She even did work for me on her summer vacation (above and beyond!) * She answered and walked me through my never ending (or so it seemed) questions about the process, the offers, and the closing docs as I was doing the sale remotely from another state. When in doubt and when it was appropriate, she was my voice with the lenders, title company, etc. Always having my best interest in mind. * She watched over my home for 3 months during the process, popping in to check on the property after storms, checking the state of the home after open houses, providing landscaping referrals to maintain the curb appeal, etc. It really gave me peace of mind! I can't say enough great things about Paulette. Her personality, her work ethic, her communication style, etc. were all 5 stars.
