excellent professional knowledge and client service

If buying or selling, I highly recommend Chuck! When I decided to sell my old house and buy a new one, Chuck was beyond helpful! He helped guide me thru the process with ease. He was very accessible and quick to respond with any questions or concerns that I had. He was always happy to help in any way he could, including helping to load the moving truck! I highly recommend him for your next move!

John Pauldine was the best realtor that we have ever worked with. There is nothing that could have been done better.

John Pauldine is a great real estate agent. Every step of the way I felt he is working for us and working on our behalf. I highly recommend. He worked very hard to get us the best house and the best deals and made honest suggestions and recommendations. He was very helpful with assisting us with getting us settled in our new house and making us feel welcome. He made himself available based on mutual times and made every effort to accommodate us. Carolina one is the real estate agency of course I highly recommend as well and supported us and the real estate agent fully.

John Pauldine was my agent. He did a fantastic job selling my condo! He was very informative, and kept me up-to-date on what was going on every day! We had a difficult closing because of an HOA and the buyers lender. he kept at it and assured me it would get done, it took a month, but he did it! Not only is he a great guy, and also the great real estate agent and Carolina one is lucky to have him! In the future, if I have anybody wanting to buy yourself a house, I would highly recommend John anytime!! Thank you

Our realtor was fabulous!

This is the second time we have used John Pauldine, as our buyers agent, and we were completely satisfied both times. Actually, more than completely satisfied, we were completely impressed. He not only did everything we needed to do, but on several occasions, went above and beyond our expectations to help us make a good decision, to help make the transaction easier, and to address items that came up after the closing. We recommend him highly.

excellent realtor

Good people was great to work with. I appreciate the help and guidance.

I am a developer in Mt. Pleasant. Normally do two three million dollar houses.a year. Listed my last one with John Pauldine and was very satisfied. He was professional, worked hard and was very considerate of my needs. The house sold in 2 days for just below asking price with no work needing to be done. The house sold before that one was on the market for seven months with a long lists of items that were needed at closing. John was the difference maker.
