Paula helped us prep, list and sell our home. There are not enough words to describe how great a realtor Paula is. Ethical, moral, knowledgeable, experienced, tenacious, dedicated. These words are just a few that describe how wonderful she made the experience of letting go of 16 years of inertia (I.e. things and emotions) built up in our home. She's very proactive (something I really appreciate) and you get a sense very quickly that she really likes what she does and is your partner in the process no matter what. It's never about her -- it's always about you. And this feeling is genuine. We'd call her day and night with questions, concerns, sometimes panic in our voices, and she would talk us off the ledge we were on as if we were chatting with our best and dearest friend. Don't even get me started on her industry knowledge. She knows her stuff inside and out, dealing with all the complex issues while keeping us informed in a way that we could understand in order to make informed decisions. Her advice is spot-on. You hire an expert like Paula, you listen to what she has to say and you'll end up thanking me (and Paula :-) We treasured our experience working with her so much that when it came time to buy our next home, even though it's 100 miles away, we asked Paula to be involved. Paula was so great to work with during the purchase of our first home. It was a short-sale and, as with most I'm sure, there were plenty of bumps and bruises along the way.
