My favorite thing about Paula, whom I've used multiple times since 2018, is that she laughs at NEARLY all my jokes!! Just kidding (though, she does!!).
My ACTUAL favorite thing about Paula--which has proven to be my most needed trait in any consultant, in any trade (and in personal relationships, frankly)--is that she'll let me lead if I need to, OR she'll fully take the reins and make the hard calls, or the 'tough love' recommendations when timely or required or for the 'greater good' of my life and goals; I.e., she can pivot from subjective to third-party-objective--and she knows WHEN to do so.
I think that's paramount in ANY form of agency or legal representation. What that requires is tact, compassion, patience, knowledge+experience, good timing, the ability to 'read the room', emotional perception, empathy/sympathy, caution, loooong workdays without chastisement or expressed disdain, no lectures or condescension--and the love of her own career. And more.
Real estate transactions run the gambit from 'strictly business' to devastatingly emotional, as do the personality types of the folks needing said transactions. So what I'm the most grateful for, and indeed laud the most vehemently when I'm speaking of her, or referring her--is Paula's ability to assess personality, mood, need, and the requirements for success in her clients' lives. Some days (the bad or sad or grueling ones) she seems to perceive the latter vis-a-vis my own life better than I can!
... and THAT's worth every penny.
