Paul is a great communicator. Everything he needed, he asked for. Everything I needed, he provided. He operates personally even though he is a professional. I'd recommend him over and over.
Paul does an excellent job staying in contact with you. He made the process selling very easy and was willing to go the extra mile to help which was nice since we had some extra work that needed done before the sale.

He was patient and beyond helpful. we were out of town buyers and we looked at a bunch of homes and put in several offers when we visited to look at homes. After none of the offers landed, Paul was willing to virtually tour homes with us when we couldn't visit and we were able to find a home.

Paul was great to work with for both the sale of prior home and the purchase of our new home. He was always easy to communicate back and forth with as well as being very knowledgeable of the current housing market. He worked closely with us and the other realtors in the process to ensure all aspects of both home sales was as easy as possible.
This is the second time I've worked with Paul, once as a buyer and once as a seller. He's courteous, promptly responds to calls/emails/texts, and he was patient with me and handled my first time seller stress/concerns well. Additionally, I've always found Paul to be honest and never felt as though he were merely telling me what he thought I wanted to hear. He had no issues saying he thought this or that was a bad idea, or that something might be a deal breaker for getting my home sold at well over what I initially hoped to sell it for. Would absolutely recommend him to friends I still have living in the area.
