Paul & Penny are just exceptional and Knowledgeable real estate professionals!!! My wife and I have used their services six times and all we can say is that we would wholeheartedly endorse using them for any and all real estate transactions. Sincerely, Peter & Kathy Bergeron

Paul was very accommodating and patient. He helped us think about things we had not considered when looking at properties. He has a lot of experience and that made us feel confident asking him questions.

Paul handled our search and ultimate purchase with expertise, enthusiasm and compassion. He is a consummate professional in every aspect of a real estate transaction. Who knows if I will ever buy or sell another property but if I do, it will be done through Paul Smyth.

We have worked with Paul and Penny Smyth for years now, and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling! Exceptionally efficient, personable and knowledgeable. They truly cater to their clients through thick and thin. They are leaders in the field.

Paul Smyth was excellent realtor. He went above and beyond to help us recharge journey which was very long. He was patient and ready to show his properties at the drop of a hat we loved him.

Paul's attentiveness to and follow thru on all aspects of the transaction were superior. This was my second such experience with Paul. Highest possible marks deserved. Earle F. Sandy Chapman

Particularly recommend Paul Smyth

Paul and Penny, I didn't find a way to indicate the stars, but I would certainly give you both 5 of them. You folks have always made yourselves available to answer any questions and kept us up to date on what was happening.....and in a most timely fashion. With all the delays and frustrations we have experienced, you have moved through them in a positive manner which kept our spirits from flagging. My whole family and I thank you for your professionalism and your warm friendship. May your season be peaceful and filled with joy. Cordette

Penny and Paul Smyth were exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable about selling our house and considerate of our needs. We could not ask for a better selling experience.
