Paul helped us find our dream apartment, the home in which we were hoping to start our family four years ago. My wife and I began our first home buying journey in the summer of 2010. We had lived in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn for the previous decade, and grew to absolutely love the neighborhood. We were emphatic about staying in the neighborhood as we had recently acquired the financial means to make our first home real estate purchase. Paul was very patient, and respected our interest at staying in the neighborhood and began showing us homes and apartments that fit our requested specifications. Although we loved the neighborhood, we couldn’t quite find the home of our dreams. Paul began to encourage us to broaden our search, but always did it in a casual, unobtrusive manner. He always respected our interests and opinions, first and foremost, as we were incredibly picky about our future home. Following an unsuccessful bid on a Williamsburg apartment when my wife and I were at our most discouraged point, Paul offered a couple of properties to consider outside of the neighborhood, one of which had all required characteristics for which we were looking. Paul was able to arrange a private showing quickly and efficiently, and my wife and I instantly fell in love with the place. He held our hands throughout the entire buying process, instructing and reassuring us as we went, as we were clearly neophytes to home buying. We have come to love the surrounding neighborhood as it has grown and changed over the last four years, and we have added two vibrant, precocious boys to the apartment and family. We are very fortunate as we know we would not have been able to find our first home without Paul’s patience, personal contacts, and business acumen.
