I was very satisfied with the amount of open houses Paul had, follow-ups to showings, and helping me with price reductions to help sell the house faster. His idea to stage my empty house virtually was the best idea. I couldn't have wished for a better realtor.

Paul not only went above what I expected but did an amazing job. He explained the process by helping with any questions I asked. Very friendly & wonderful customer service. I would recommend him and the company to anyone.

Paul is personal and honest. He is a consummate professional, flexible, accommodating, and a sincerely nice person. The absolute best! Highly recommend.

We have worked with Paul a few times. He truly cares and we would never trust anyone like we do Paul. Thank you for always being here for us 😊

Very helpful!

Paul Radtke met with us and helped us to get our home ready to sell. At the same time Paul and his team worked with us to begin looking for a new home. We received multiple offers on our current home and went under contract quickly. This allowed us to also make an offer on the new home. His team helped us schedule inspections and coordinate a closing. Making the whole process go smoothly which allowed us to move closer to our grandkids. We can highly recommend Paul and his team at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.

Paul Radtke and his team at Berkshire Hathaway helped us to market and sell our current home and purchase a newer home closer to our grandkids. He gave us excellent advice as to what maintenance items needed to be corrected to maximize our sales price. Our home sold quickly and his team also helped us select a new home and coordinate a home inspection and attended both closings with us. Paul helped take the stress out of one of the most important transactions in our lives. We can highly recommend Paul and his team at Berkshire Hathaway.

Professional transaction. All questions answered promptly. Highly recommended this agent.

Paul did an amazing job coordinating the sale of my mother’s home. He was thorough, very responsive and extremely helpful in guiding me through the process.
