My husband and I have bought and sold multiple homes we have lived in around the country: LA, Jackson Hole, Coronado, CA, Washington, D.C., NYC, Palo Alto, CA. Patty Umphreys sold us our first home in Tucson and has just sold that home for us. I have never had such a "feel good" experience with another agent! She is an extremely competent professional with a winning style in negotiation, interpersonal encounters, handling information, and providing a truly rewarding experience!

I think Patty is one of the best realtors in the business. She is so professional and communicative about everything. I highly recommend her.

Patty is fantastic! She was helpful with so many “extras” being an out of town seller. She went beyond the call of duty.

Patty Umphres is a treasure! She goes above and beyond all expectations. I cannot sing her praises enough! She helped me sell my old house and helped me buy my new house!

Patty Umphres is a rock star! We both are super impressed by Patty's energy and attention to detail. We will recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house! Great job Patty!

Patty was so kind and understanding. She answered all my questions and found me my dream house! I will be forever grateful for her help. I would highly recommend Patty to anyone looking to buy a house!

Patty Umphries helped me and supported me every step of the way towards buying my house. I feel like she made it a stress- free process for me. She has helped other of my family members in their house-buying journeys. My family loves working with her and has formed strong connections with her. I would definitely work with her again and give her name to friends and acquaintances to help them to buy or sell a house!

This has been my third time working with Patty in the last 18 months and it has been a great experience. She is tremendously helpful and thorough in all aspects of the buying and selling process. The most recent transaction is the sale of my land in Sonoita, She has a passion for the area and was very helpful. I would recommend Patty to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent property.

Patti Umphres is fantastic. We worked with her on on our most recent house purchase and sale. She is very good at staying on top of things, friendly, has good advice based on years of experience, and well connected in the industry. We recommend her with great confidence.

Patty is a dream to work with. She is very thorough, informative and precise with her efforts towards buying and selling homes and land. Her years of experience are certainly an asset to have in your corner when it comes to anyone's reality needs. In addition, she also has a tremendous skill when comes to suggesting other members of the process such as financing, title agencies, inspectors, licensed contractors alike. I would refer her to anyone without hesitation. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoy working with her.
