We are beyond grateful we were referred to Patty Tipps at Ebby Halliday for our cross-country move. Patty is the ultimate agent with extensive knowledge of the DFW area and sharp insights on the market and negotiations. And to top it off, she's an absolute delight to work with.Patty helped us find a home during a historically challenging time in real estate with low inventory and multiple offer scenarios. Coming from out-of-state, we were not always available for in-person showings. Patty managed efficient FaceTime showings that ultimately led us to our match. She's an exceptional listener and understood what details mattered most to our family. Moving cross-country with a toddler is overwhelming. With Patty's help, we were able to focus on the logistics of our move knowing we were in such good hands with her executing our contract. We highly recommend Patty Tipps and will absolutely call her for any future real estate needs.

Patty was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very responsive from the beginning to the very end. Patty was knowledgeable about each step of the process. She was great about explaining things to me to ensure I had a good understanding. I decided to purchase a new build and when we did my walk through, she asked the builder questions I would have never thought of. She amazed me with her wealth of understanding and knowledge once again. She is a delight to work with and someone I'm blessed to have had the privilege to get to know. She is a first-class act!

Patty did a great job selling our home in a timely manner and helped us through the process of selling for the first time. She was wonderful to work with!

Patty is amazing! She helped us buy our first house in 2015, then sell it in 2018 when we moved to CA and most recently she helped us buy a house for our return to TX again! We navigated buying a home unseen with Patty giving us Facetime tours and she walked us through each step of the buying process even with the time zone difference and our tight schedule. We love working with her!

Working with Patty Tipps was a great experience. First time selling a house and Patty walked me through the whole process. She's very knowledgeable and professional. She gave great advise on how to prep the house and got me more than my asking price. When working with the buyer, Patty offered suggestions on the best course of action. She was always there to help and answer any questions I had. Received multiple offers within a week and closed within a month. My experience working with Patty was a great one and I would recommend her to anyone asking.

This is a test of Testimonial Tree........

I was so grateful to have Patty as my agent. I came from a depressed buyers market in Florida to one of the most competitive sellers markets in the country. With great patience Patty helped me find the best value for my money that met all my criteria. She helped negotiate and write a contract that allowed me to prevail over numerous other offers. Patty is the perfect example of why Ebby Halliday has such a sterling reputation in DFW.
