Completing a real estate transaction from 2000 miles away is no easy task. Nevertheless Patti did an outstanding job. From pricing our property accurately to the timely coordination of all of the parties involved, it took just forty eight days from start to closing. I don't think anyone could have done a better job.

Our experience with Patty was wonderful, she was very pleasant to work with, she kept communication open the whole time and was great with helping out with the awful ice and snow situation. We will suggest Patty to anyone looking in the area in the future.
Patti valued the property and found a buyer within a couple of weeks. She walked us through all the process step by step and made the sale go easy and quick. She was always quick with a response on any questions that we had. I recommend using her for any land or home sales. What a super kind soul and such a professional.
What an amazing person we met! She made the whole experience super easy and was so hard working! We have told everyone that will listen what a great job she did!!!! Thank you again everyone :)
We enjoyed working with Patti so much when we purchased our cabin that when we had to sell we came back to Chant. She guided us through our purchase and sale both times. We will always refer Chant as the best in the Pocono region. Thanks for the experience.

Patty was awesome! We had a challenging situation and she patiently worked through everything with us. She would not give up until we closed the sale. We so appreciate her willingness to make this happen for us!
