Pat and his team were tremendous in helping my family navigate the sale of our property. Pat provided valued and informed guidance on all the steps, all the decisions and all the rules that led to a successful sale. My family and I would highly reccomened Pat and the Anchor Group to work with on real estate matters in Ocean City NJ.

Pat was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
