Patti has been nothing but spectacular from the beginning. She responded to our texts immediately, always was available to schedule a walk through even on the weekends, only sent us links to houses that had our boxes checked, made sure we were on top of our paperwork, and gave us reminders of our deadlines. We have absolutely no regrets and we would go through Patti again as a realtor in a heartbeat. She truly was like a mother to us.
Patti is the best to work with. She helped my husband and I find the perfect starter home 7 years ago and when it came time to find a home for our growing family, we did not hesitate to call her up! We only hope that if we plan to move again, Patti is still on the business. Why? Patti takes the time to learn about her buyers: their wants, needs, hobbies, and incorporates that into finding the right homes to view. She also isn’t afraid to tell you the pros and cons of a property, but only does so after you, the buyer, gives your own take of the property. She has saved us on what could have been some MAJOR headaches in the future.
