I can't say enough good things but I will give it a try.....My Husband, 6yr old Son and I recently relocated to Nocatee from Denver, CO. We were not familiar with the area and knew we needed someone to help us navigate our move. We were referred to Patti through a friend and quickly realized how very special she was. She immediately reached out to figure out what we needed in a home. We weren't 100% sure at first if we wanted to build or buy. Patti immediately started sending us listings of homes that were for sale as well as options for new builds. When we landed on a partial spec home she was sure to get as much information as we needed from the sales office. We scheduled a visit with the sales office about a month into our search and Patti was there to meet us. She treated us like we were her own kids which was a huge comfort to us since this was our first go at building a home. She took notes during our design meeting and tour of the home. Once back in Denver, we received weekly updates from Patti on how the build was progressing. We moved to FL about 6 weeks prior to our scheduled delivery date of the home so we had to rent a small apartment until our home was ready. Patti visited and made sure we knew our way around. She truly treated us as an extension of her family. Even after we were officially in our home Patti stayed in touch with sweet messages from time to time. She made our experience during a very stressful time feel easy and seamless! We could not have done it without her and the best part is we have made a friend in Patti for life. Watson Realty is truly lucky to have her as part of their team!

She was very professional throughout the entire selling and buying process. She was always very attentive to our thoughts, needs, and suggestions. Every home she showed us was well within the parameters we set for possible purchase worthy homes. Patricia went out of her way to make our home search enjoyable and fun. After visiting just a few homes we found the one! Customer service is definitely a top priority for Patricia.
The selling process for our previous home was wonderful as well. A clear and precise plan for the sale of our home was laid out and explained to us for our approval at our first meeting and was carried out flawlessly. Our home was under contract (sold) very quickly and Patricia was able to take care of the purchase and sell of both homes seamlessly.
