Pat was forced to return to the market with our property on several occasion in short order after we lost our first two buyers. She was cheerful and determined and gave us terrific pricing and strategic advice. She also was remarkably helpful in some important dealings with our bank's appraiser. This was the third time we've used Pat to sell real estate for us in the Lenox area and she has always exceeded expectations. We give her the highest recommendation .
This is the third time I have worked with Pat Melluzzo over twelve years. She is experienced, steady, well-connected, and has excellent judgment. She is a pleasure to work with and has expertly guided me each time through the home buying/selling process. I highly recommend Pat and I am grateful for all her help.
Pat has been incredible! She knows Berkshire County better than anyone. Pat helped us find and buy our new home and is a terrific realtor. Plus - she's got a great sense of humor which comes in handy!
Pat Melluzzo is a hard-working, professional, experienced realtor. She is also a superhero. She made the sale of my late mother’s home a seamless process for me by putting in a lot of time and preparation. She managed every detail.
I highly recommend Pat and have been telling my friends and colleagues to utilize her services.
