Patricia Tantum is a native of Hershey, PA, and lived on both coasts and internationally before settling in Florida in 2003. Since 2006 she has resided in North Port, Sarasota County’s largest city, where she focuses her 30+ years of real estate expertise on this rapidly developing destination and the surrounding area. Since first entering the real estate industry in 1978, Patricia has gained diverse experience in multiple facets of the business, including planning and development and new construction. She has served on the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of North Port since 2006, playing an active role in the development of the community while simultaneously building upon her unparalleled knowledge of the local area. To enhance the level of service she provides, Patricia has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Distressed Property Expert and e-PRO designations, and is a Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) professional.
