In our opinion, Pat should be voted Best Realtor in Kirkland every year! We put our house on the market at a suddenly VERY quiet time. We had not been able to get it going at the prime June/July time because of family issues, and then there was this Winter slump. We truly believe it was Pat’s good guidance that helped it sell at all! We dropped the price to what he thought we should be asking in the first place (we wanted to be millionaires, of course), and it sold right away. His experience with inspections, etc., also helped us to decide how to respond to ours, and we really came out of the whole thing with very little pain. Pat recommended a yard work crew that was amazing, and he also had his housecleaner come out after the sale. He was full of support and good cheer, even when things looked bleak. I just don’t think the house would have sold if another realtor had been helping us.
