Pat Bias iss extraordinarily knowledgeable and professional; in addition she is very responsive. During the buying process I was traveling abroad and she answered my frequent questions quickly despite the time zone difference. Pat made the buying process smooth, connecting me to an excellent mortgage agent and removing stress from the transaction. I would recommend Pat Bias to anyone looking to buy a property in the DC/MD/VA area.
Pat, we could not have done this without you! We value your professionalism, market knowledge, guidance, patience and easy manner. And we will continue to recommend you whenever we know someone is looking for a real estate agent.
