Parker grew up in Santa Fe, NM, the son of a designer mother and entrepreneurial father, raised as a creative and hard worker. As a child, he and his mother would spend most weekends visiting open houses, walking room to room, critiquing the architecture and interior design. He swam competitively through college and was honored with his high school and University’s highest award for integrity, leadership and community service. He pursued his passion for business and marketing at Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore, receiving his Bachelors of Business Administration. Subsequently, he joined one of the city’s top boutique real estate firms and immersed himself in the Baltimore property management and real estate sales market. Parker and his family have since settled into Tampa Bay and have completely fallen in love with the area.
