Highly recommend using Paola Paron to sell your home, as stress free as possible for you. An absolute pleasure dealing with Paola.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Paola. As first time homebuyers, we were nervous about getting into the housing market and were worried that we didn’t have the experience necessary to find a house that fit our requirements. But Paola was with us every step of the way. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area where we were looking (Burlington) and was able to provide a lot of valuable insight that we would not have had otherwise. If there were questions she wasn’t able to answer, she was able to help us find someone who could. Her knowledge of styling and renovations were also invaluable in helping us think ahead and get excited about making our new house into our dream home.

Paula is simply exceptional! Her practical, knowledgeable, and patient approach over the past two months to help us navigate the emotional and overwhelming process of finding a new home was invaluable. Her voice of reason when we did not see things clearly and her outstanding negotiation skills helped us to realize the dream of getting our next home. She went above and beyond in so many ways. For example, she called about zoning bylaws, previewed properties, and used her extensive renovation knowledge to provide on the spot estimates of renovating costs like kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring. Paola made this experience such a positive one with an outstanding result!
