Pam is a fabulous broker. I was lucky to meet her over 15 years ago, when she was on the coop board (and a long-time shareholder) of the building for which I'm the sponsor. Since then she has helped me with both the renting and selling of my properties in the building.  No matter the market, Pam knows what to do.  Her response time is practically instantaneous, and her advice is both knowledgeable and sincere -- she doesn't tell me just "what I want to hear."  Whenever a unit becomes available,  I rely on her for her expertise in evaluating the unit and finding a wonderful tenant or buyer. She is very experienced with all the variables that go into a successful and smooth transaction.  She brings me stellar tenants who have stayed with me for years. I even ask her advice on properties outside of her domain because she is my go-to on all things real estate.  I look forward to working with Pam for years to come and recommend her wholeheartedly.
