The process of purchasing a home can be stressful and confusing. My experience with Pamela was the complete opposite. She made us feel at ease every step of the way. She educated us on all of options and made sure we understood before moving to any other step. She listened to our concerns, desires, requirements. There were times when she presented us with questions that we hadn’t thought about. She went above and beyond for our family. Spent countless hours on the phone with us. Made sure all parties had the same information. Adjusted her schedule to fit ours. Even once the house was purchased her kindness did not stop. Help with the moving process. Checked in on us after the big move. Through this process we didn’t just gain a home we gained a new family friend.
