My husband and I worked with Pam to purchase our second home. We were looking for almost six months, but then we met Pam! We really cant say enough great things about her. She immediately learned our sons name, Andy, and never forgot it. She is very professional, has local knowledge of Dutchess County, is very approachable, VERY patient, and was always available to talk or meet (she was available evenings AND weekends, even after the closing took place!). My husband and I are first time home owners who knew nothing on the topic of buying homes and Pamela Kandel was our real estate agent. Upon meeting her I felt comfortable with her right away. She has a calm, down to Earth, and kind demeanor paired with good listening skills and an expertise of the home buying process. It all started in spring 2016. My girlfriend and I knew we wanted to buy a home but didnt know the entire process or how involved it would be.
