I am so grateful Jessica was referred to me. When I first met her, it was like meeting an old friend. She was the first agent that responded immediately, thank goodness. With her help, she guided me through the steps of being a first time home buyer. I had a ridiculous amount of questions and also had some family members involved in the process. She was patient, kind, encouraging and of course helpful. She helped me understand and develop a bit more patience with my family members that were somewhat relentless. She reminded me that they were helpful and eager to assist with the process. Like I said, she felt more like a friend not just a realtor. I felt Comfortable because I knew I was in good hands and she never pushed me to just jump in. Last year I had a realtor that never listened and had so many people working with him, it just felt mechanical.
