Hello, Pam is a gem. I started my search with her in December 2025 and we weathered it through until April, battling snow and extreme cold and challenging road conditions. She was willing to trek through acreage on foot with me, walking larger plots of land with me, which in my understanding, is not something all agents are willing to do. When my first offer fell through, she encouraged me to keep going on with the search and - as I had to travel longer distance to get there - she even videotaped certain places and checked them out ahead of time for me to make sure they met my specifications.
