Service was excellent

Pam was very helpful to me during the selling process. She offered sound advice and was always available when I had questions. She was always patient and very knowledgeable. She made selling my home much easier than I had expected.

We HIGHLY recommend Pam Roberts! She has lived in Darien for 35 years and gave us a remarkable tour of the entire community. She showed us 26 HOUSES in one day, including our dream home! She negotiated the absolute best possible price and helped us through every step of the process. Her husband, Mitch, also works with her and he has great expertise with the inspections. They are a dream team!

Pam is an amazing realtor. Her skill at staging is impressive and she offers clever design and furniture placement tips that make all the difference. She found wonderful tenants for us and negotiated just the price I wanted. Her calm but persistent demeanor combined with her knowledge of the market, her drive and her customer loyalty are a winning combination. Pam is simply the best.

Pam is professional and friendly and always respond to phone calls and emails immediately. We will certainly continue to call her if we decide to buy a home here ( we actually rent a house ) and recommend her to anyone who wishes to rent or buy a property in the area.

Pam Roberts just sold our 2nd home in Darien in just 5 days. Three years ago she sold my home in just 2 days! She is a joy to work with, patient, tireless and always gives her best - she goes the extra mile! We highly recommend her for her knowledge of the market, her respectful manner in working with her clients and potential buyers. She's the best!

Pam was amazing throughout the entire process of selling our home. She worked with us to tell us what we needed to do to obtain our top selling price. She was always available and her staging advice was very helpful. We lived an hour away in New Jersey and her and her husband/business partner went out of their way to check on the house and help with little repairs. Our home sold $35,000 over asking, with two offers on the first day! Pam has a lot of resources and acted quickly to keep things moving. We will use her again if we move back to CT and recommend her to all our friends.

Pam Roberts sold our house when two other realtors had said it would take years due the market in our price range. She personally helped us get it ready and while it was on the market, she and Mitch Roberts made sure that repairs were done instantly. She and Mitch worked tirelessly to market our house and to personally stand by our side and encourage us as we waited for the right buyer to step up. I can't recommend her more.

We used Pam to purchase our first home in CT and again two years later to sell it. She is the most knowledgeable and persistent agent we have worked with. She has a strong command of not only inventory and attributes, but pricing and market conditions. When selling, she and her husband/partner Mitch battled six ice/snow storms to make sure our home was either in good condition or ready for open houses.
