When I decided to sell my townhouse in Alexandria, I knew that I could contact Pam for her assistance. I've known her for many years through our involvement in a fraternal organization. When a few issues came up at the house, like a clogged HVAC and the finding of a wasp's nest, she took the lead in getting those resolved and saved me numerous hours on the road. It was this tenacity that helped us find a buyer, who was looking at another property in the neighborhood. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pam. I almost wish we lived in VA Just so we could recommend her to everyone we knew. When we met Pam, we had a specific goal in mind. Our goal was unlikely to be achieved. We needed to sell a house in Texas sell our home in Virginia and be able to purchase a house in Michigan so that our children could start school in the fall in the district we wanted to be in. We need to do all this from May until August. Pam somehow came into our Virginia home and helped us beyond what we even realized we needed help with. The contractors that she put us in touch with were phenomenal hard workers, as well as Pam herself. The knowledge she brought to the table and her level of understanding and availability goes far beyond anything I’ve experienced with anybody else. I am happy to report that my child started school today in the district that we wanted them to here in Michigan and that is all because of Pam. Her selling that home in Virginia was the biggest piece of us being able to do what we wanted to do.
