Our property was well tended by Pam Hughes after we moved to VA. Being in another state meant she went beyond any expectations of what is required of a realtor.
Pam was exactly what I was looking for in a real estate agent. She was extremely responsive to my texts and emails, visited properties for me (I lived out of state), met with vendors at the property to get project bids, and just generally steered me in the right direction. It was a pleasure to work with her.
My sales associate Pam Hughes was a working wonder. She did everything right. She was zealous in making sure I understood everything, and made many calls on my behalf.
